On the customer portal, the date and time on a ticket are rendered in a relative manner to the current date ie. It would show up as '30 days ago'.
If the user wants to see the accurate date and time information, he/she can hover over the timestamp data and that would give them the actual value.

Hello, I just have to dig this topic out, again..
Why is the type, how the date and time is shown, not the same as it is in the agent-portal? It would be more helpful for the customer, just to have both.. "responded 30 days ago ( Date + time)" This way, the customer also could see directly, how long ago was the response AND at what date and time exactly...
