I think it would be useful to have "not" option in report filters. Check this real example:
We defined more than 10 groups of agents and tickets managed by one of this group take a lot of time to be resolved (this is due to the kind ot ticket they manage).
Those long resolution times affect all other groups statistics so I'd like to set up three report:
- Global Helpdesk In-depth
- slow-ticket-group Helpdesk In-depth
- other groups Helpdesk In-depth
I thought I could define a custom report filtering all groups except the slow one but there's a limit of ten group in the group filter field.
What do you think?
