Hi,
based on various criteria, I'd like to prevent some e-mail sending, even though the general setup is fine for the vast majority.
For example, some customers should never receive an e-mail from the help desk (even if we mark the ticket as closed or solved)
Or it could be a certain type of tickets or a group…
The short form is: can you define criteria to send notifications?
