Please add an option to Pin Canned response. Most of the agent reply same mail frequently. So it's best to add Pin option in Canned response so that we can Pin that Response and use that frequently.
Canned responses that you use frequently, will most of the time already appear in the "recently used" section of the canned respones, that's my experience. And on days that you have a specific issue, it's handy that this field adapts to the moment.
