Canned responses that you use frequently, will most of the time already appear in the "recently used" section of the canned respones, that's my experience. And on days that you have a specific issue, it's handy that this field adapts to the moment.

@Vaibhav! I guess Yaisa Rappé has wrapped up here. The canned response that you select most frequently will be available in the recently used section for you to quickly access.
