I really need to lock visibility at category rather than folder level
Hi, could anyone do this? How to lock visibility at category in the free version??
Hi Rachel Derry,
if you want show only few users see this some category and folder. this option available in Freshdesk and Freshservice help-center.
1) you can go now your help-center and solutions portion and select any category and click edit button
2) you can click it edit button and there is option available for visible users and etc.
you can edit as it is freshdesk portal
