I want to start setting up our FAQs/Knowledge base in our account whilst we wait on our Finance guys to approve purchase. Once we are up and running fully though we will need to change the support URL. Can this be done or will I have to add our content again after creating a new (paid) account?

Though it is a very late reaction to the post, we think this can help other users who might have the same question.
URL Change :
The support URL change can be done by raising a request to us on firstname.lastname@example.org . We'll look for the availability of the URL and then help you with the switch-over.
The URL change can be done at any point except that you'll have to be aware that if there are existing ticket links , the users might see a broken page upon accessing the ticket/solution link.There would be no auto-redirect that can be setup to redirect users from the old URL to the new URL.
