Although you have added the ability to see how many times a KBA was accessed when clicking on a main category, I would love to see a KB dashboard widget to show perhaps the top 5 to 10 viewed KBA's, top KBA's used by agents or other basic trends.

I am also in 100% agreement.
I want to be able to see if increases in KB access directly equates to a drop (or stabilization) in tickets as our customer base increases.
Please can we have a widget that takes these stats (which must already be saved somewhere) and compares them in a number of ways, to ticket volumes.
