Is there a way to setup an auto response to tickets with specific subject lines that includes a canned form? I know how to setup the auto response but I can't find a way to include the canned form.
We would like to be able to add a Canned Form to a Canned Response or to an Requester Email Notification.A way to do this would be to provide a 'Placeholder' for each canned form, or to have the same buttons available as in the Ticket Reply;
