I second this complaint, which I was just about to raise myself. We are trying to simplify and streamline. Of all our services, it is ironically our help desk that has the most bewildering forest of login choices that our users don't need and we don't want them to have.

Apologies for the delay in getting back. Regarding the concern you have raised, the /login/normal is there to bypass the SSO just in case there is an issue in the SSO configuration.
Also, if you are in the Org V2 platform, which is if you are authenticated through yourcompanyname.freshworks.com then the freshworks.com/login/normal is something that would only be available for the Org admins.
