By 'logged in', Are you referring to the the creation of a contact in the helpdesk or the contact logging in from the customer portal with his/her credentials?
The admin at present would still be able to trigger a password reset for an agent, by clicking on Forgot password and by entering the respective agent's email address. However, changing the password right away is not an option, keeping in mind the security and privacy of the agent.
