You can set up the email notifications in multiple languages by following the steps mentioned below.
- Navigate to Admin >> Emails notifications.
- Choose "Edit" next to the notification you want to set up in multiple languages. Post which all the languages supported by your helpdesk will be available as individual tabs (To add supported languages apart from the primary one, go to Admin >> Helpdesk >> Manage languages).
- Choose the tab that needs to be translated and enter the translated content for the notification
- Select "Save".
