I believe you are looking to change the name of the support email address from which the automatic email notifications are triggered. You could change the same under Admin >> Emails >> Edit >> Name. This would automatically get reflected while the notifications are triggered from that specific support email address.

In a some way a support account was created which was the cause of this problem, after deleting and default settings everything is fine. Thanks, you can close the ticket.
