When I create a new mail in freshdesk I have an error message that appears at the top of the portal:"Le ticket est absent ou vous n'avez pas l'autorisation nécessaire""Request was rejected because user is not permitted to perform this operation."On the other hand, the email seems to be received by the recipient.Looking forward to hearing from you ...Best Regards,
