Hi - we use this 'add summary' field to keep a record of customer details, order details, tracking info and any other info relevant to the ticket to help us keep everything at the top of the ticket, but over the last few days it is not working and we keep getting an error message relating to '....message not sent'. I'm not trying to send a message! See attached screenshot.
We have the same thing happening. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the app, but it is not in the Marketplace any more, so i am stuck with no app at all now!

Folks,
We're sorry that the summary app is not working as expected. You can turn on or off 'ticket summary' from Admin > Helpdesk section.
We'll also run a check on all of your accounts and make sure ticket summary is up as soon as possible.

@Doris @Andrew - We have now fixed this and you should be able to add summary to the tickets.
