Automatically create ticket if customer reply to Closed ticket after 30 days

Hi guys, I would like to create an automation that if customer response reply after 30 days after the resolved date. instead of reopen Closed ticket which customer reply to (which is a default automation), it will create a new ticket with agent & customer last interaction.
I do not want the SLA resolution will be messed up if customer reply to old ticket
Anyone got a webhook script for it? I am much appreciated
This is exactly what we need! If the client replies after a certain amount of time (sometimes they replay after a month) instead of reopening the ticket (and mess up with all your metrics) it will be great to open a new one and keep the previews closed as it is.
