We tried Sprout for 2 months, there were some minor issues but not significant. Then one day, the emails arrived like 4-5 hours late. We are running a business that is email time sensitive. We can't afford the 4-5 hours late. Since Sprout is free (the feature is good enough for us), I wonder if they have some sort of limitation on it? Is it a best effort service since it's free? Anyone knows? Thank you
