I`am new with Freshdesk and we are struggling with the replies order in tickets. It is hard to follow long conversations, since there are the same message multiple times and seems like the latest respond is not the latest. Freshdesk scroll down to the latest reply yes, but am I using Freshdesk some kind of wrong way when I could not find the right reply?
I like to see the exact message which I or customer have latest responded. Now in ticket seems like customer have responded to him self.
Are the replies grouped some how or I´m missing here?
