I'm looking for an option to hide a ticket for a certain amount of time (months, mostly).
Ideally, I could set a date when this ticket should re-appear in the list, but until then, it's hidden.
For example: A customer asks when a new feature is coming and I tell him, it'll be a couple of months. The customer ask me to send them an update once the feature is available.
Or when do we have a new special discount available.
Or some other outside event is going to happen.
It would be great to be able to hide that ticket from view (as there's no action to be taken potentially for months) and only once we're getting close to the date set in the ticket does it show up again.
