I would like to have a link from Jira back to the freshdesk ticket automatically crated. My workaround for now is to manually paste in the Freshdesk ticket link but that's easily forgotten by agents. Any ideas how this can be done?
I also would like other fields set automatically. Specifically a custom field we have in Jira "Customers".
Is there some ability to have some script get triggered that does this?
There is most likely no way to do this with vanilla Freshdesk. If you have any development experience, I would recommend using a serverless function hosted on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure. If you need help setting something like this up, feel free to reach out here:
