I'd like to report following issues. These to not block me but I did not find any such report on Freshdesk support portal so I will just advise you in case you want to file tickets internally.
Issue 1: Jira Plus does not sync Jira "watchers" field
I added Jira "watchers" field to CV-4187. See below:
And this is what is displayed in the Freshdesk ticket linked to CV-4187
As you can see, watchers does not appear.
I find this field useful so that agent sees if they are linked as watcher to ensure they get notified of changes to the ticket. I'd rather have freshdesk notify but its not possible - long story I won't get into here.
