Perhaps it is available but I can't seem to find it...
I'm looking for a solution to translate tickets that have been send by email.
So for example, a customer from France sends a question via email. This becomes a ticket in Freshdesk.
My French is not that great (ahum...), so I would like to translate this to Dutch or English so I understand the question.
And then the other way around; I'd like to type a response in Dutch or English and then translate this into French.
Anyone any idea if this is possible.
Oh, we have the Blossom subscription. Perhaps we need to upgrade?
