Create ticket in Jira Service Management when a Group is assigned to a Ticket

Hello, I'm a Jira Service Management admin and I have a client that uses Fresh Service internally for catching support tickets. I need to be able to create a Jira ticket whenever a Fresh Service agent assigns a ticket to a particular group. It basically goes like this:
New FS ticket created
Agent assigns a group
Automator listens for group assignment and sends and email with the ticket subject and description to the Jira email system.
Jira rejects the email because it's from an auto-reply source.
I need the email to be successfully received and create a ticket in Jira. Has anyone dealt with this before? Does anyone know a different way to go about this?
