You can now add agents while creating a new group, saving you a few extra clicks.
The list of agents in a group, and the group's auto-assignment rules, are now in two different tabs. This makes it easier for you to quickly get an idea of the agents in a group, and the channel they belong to.
Here’s how Business Hours will be changing:
Setting your Business Hours is far more simple and straightforward.
We’ve also made sure that no two business hours can be created with the same name, so you can always choose the right one while creating a report or an automation rule.
