Im a member of SpamCop.net and I'm receiving pharmacy spam from email@example.com (o1.email.freshdesk.com. [18.104.22.168]) before I add this IP to our blocking list I thought I'd give you a chance to fix the problem as Im sure its against your TOS.
LegitScript has reviewed this Internet pharmacy and determined that it does
not meet LegitScript Internet pharmacy verification standards.
Additionally, LegitScript has determined that this pharmacy website meets our
definition of a
"Rogue Internet Pharmacy".
Definition of a Rogue Internet Pharmacy
A pharmacy website that intentionally or knowingly:
violates, appears to violate, or encourages violation of Federal or state law or regulation;does not adhere to accepted standards of medicine and/or pharmacy practice, including standards of safety; and/orengages in fraudulent or deceptive business practices.
We ourselves do SPAM BLOCKING if a Particular Email or IP hits the same IP Address/Support Email continuously.
You may go ahead and BLOCK it, we will also mark it as SPAM from our end

I apologize for the wrong information given my one of our support people. Please do not block our IP as it will affect other customers who use SpamCop services. We have informed and suspended the offending account. Can you please ensure that our IP Block is removed?
