I have configured the Customer satisfaction surveys right, but when I run a quick test, I do not get the survey.

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

The surveys would not be sent to you if the requestor of the ticket is the same as an Agent email address.
Hence, please try sending the survey to a ticket where your agent address isn't the requestor (preferably from your personal address).
