What is a day pass?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Some agents you add on the portal would not be completely involved in your helpdesk workflow and they are called 'occasional agents.' An occasional agent is distinguished by the day pass which is the token that allows you to login to the portal.
Here are the prices for day passes:

An important note on this would be that only an Account Administrator who has the 'Account Settings' panel would be able to perform this action.
