How to create a new support ticket to Freshdesk Support?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
The Create New Ticket option on Freshdesk Support Portal has been replaced with the Ask Frank option. Frank is a friendly support bot who is new in town and would support you with your queries. You would also have an option within Frank to raise a New Support Ticket.
However, if you wish to create a ticket with us directly, you could always write to email@example.com. One of our Support Agents would get in contact with you to assist further.
