Can I add a customer satisfaction survey for a ticket using API?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Yes, here is the the API documentation for creating a Satisfaction Survey: https://developer.freshdesk.com/api/#create_satisfaction_rating.
The endpoint api/v2/tickets/[ticket_id]/satisfaction_ratings is the one for creating a satisfaction rating using APIs.
