Keep your Support Email Handy:

  • Login to your support portal. 
  • Go to Admin > Email. 
  • Note down your support email listed under Global Support Emails. 

Forward HelpOnClick transcript emails to your Freshdesk help desk

    • On your HelpOnClick console, go to Admin > Settings.
    • Under Email to collect left messages, enter the your Freshdesk support email address.
    • Make sure Automatically email all transcripts is checked and hit Save.
