We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Keep your Support Email Handy:
Login to your support portal.
Go to Admin > Email.
Note down your support email listed under Global Support Emails.
Forward HelpOnClick transcript emails to your Freshdesk help desk
On your HelpOnClick console, go to Admin > Settings.
Under Email to collect left messages, enter the your Freshdesk support email address.
Make sure Automatically email all transcripts is checked and hit Save.
