Freshdesk provides 24/7 in-product chat support for urgent inquiries. Additionally, our support agents are available for real-time chat assistance 24/5.  


Freshdesk Standalone:

If you have a stand-alone Freshdesk account, follow the steps below to access the in-product chat:

  1. On your agent portal, click on the Help and Support icon from the top right corner.
  2. Select Chat with us
  3. To start a conversation, select Help & Support or Support.

Note: Only Admins can access the chat support.


Freshdesk Omnichannel (classic):

If you have a Freshdesk Omnichannel account, follow the steps below to access the in-product chat:

  1. On your agent portal, click on the Help and Support icon from the top right corner.
  2. Select Chat with us
  3. To start a conversation, select Help & Support or Support.
