We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Freshdesk provides 24/7 in-product chat support for urgent inquiries. Additionally, our support agents are available for real-time chat assistance 24/5.
Freshdesk Standalone/Freshdesk Omnichannel (classic):
If you have a Freshdesk Standalone/Omnichannel account, follow the steps below to access the in-product chat:
- On your agent portal, click on the Help and Support icon from the top right corner.
- Select Chat with us.
- To start a conversation, select either Help & Support or Support.
