The Freshdesk app for Android allows you to access details about any contact present in your helpdesk from anywhere. You can view relevant information about any contact from the Customers tab (accessible from the navigation bar at the bottom) or by tapping on the requester's avatar when viewing tickets. 

 

When you tap Customers icon from the navigation bar, you'll be taken to a list of all contacts. You can use the hamburger icon on the top left to switch between all, verified, unverified, blocked and deleted contacts. The list would refresh based on what you choose, and will have all your contacts listed along with their company's name below, if mapped.



From here, you can tap on any contact to view further details about them. Alternatively, when you're viewing a ticket, you can tap on the picture associated with the requester for their details to load directly.

 

On the details page, you'll be able to see all the default (and custom fields, if they are present) for that contact. You can also edit the details of the contact by clicking on the pencil icon on the top right corner.



When you tap on the ticket icon in the page, you'll be taken to the New Ticket screen from where you can raise a ticket on behalf of that requester. 

 

If the contact has a phone number associated, you can tap on the call icon to call the contact via the Freshcaller app (if you have it configured).

Viewing tickets of a contact

 

The Customers tab also allows you to access tickets raised by the contact. When you swipe left on the customers screen, or tap on the Tickets heading, you'll be able to see a list of the contact's last ten tickets. For every ticket, you'll be able to see its source (represented by the corresponding icon), subject, ticket ID, the created date, SLA properties, the group and agent it has been assigned to, and the associated status.
