Can I add tags automatically?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

You can add tags manually and/or automatically. Add them manually inside a ticket or go to Admin > Tags to add/see the list of tags and the corresponding ticket count.
Add tags automatically using the various automations such as Dispatchr, Observer, and Supervisor. Note that in a Supervisor rule, the tag will be added only after an hour if there is no other time-related condition.
