I haven't sent out the survey to the customer but still there seems to a rating on the ticket. How is this possible?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is currently not available on Freshdesk Mint.
This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
If you have enabled the satisfaction surveys, the customers would also have the ability to rate the closed ticket from the customer portal itself.
Please check whether it is enabled in Admin -> Helpdesk productivity -> Customer satisfaction and toggle the survey off if you do not want this to go out to customers.
