How do I export my helpdesk data?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is currently not available on Freshdesk Mint.
This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
Go to Admin > Account (under Account Settings) > click on the Export button on this page, to receive the data. The export of the entire helpdesk data, in XML format, will be sent to your registered agent email address of this account.
Kindly note that an Account Administrator is one who would be able to access the accounts tab which would allow one to export account information, access billing, or buy day passes.
Note: Based on the volume of data, it may take several minutes to export and send it to your mailbox. Do reach out to Freshdesk support (firstname.lastname@example.org) if it takes longer than expected.
