How can I see the number of tickets received on a daily basis?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Ticket Volume Trends should help you with this metric.
You could navigate to Reports--> Ticket Volume Trends--> Load Analysis. There you would be able to view the number of tickets received on a daily basis for the time range you have filtered.
