How do I enable the scheduling dashboard feature in Freshdesk?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is currently not available on Freshdesk Mint.
This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
The scheduling dashboard feature is available on Blossom, Garden, Estate, and Forest plans in Freshdesk. To access the Scheduling Dashboard,
- Go to Admin → Field Service Management
- Click on "Enable"
- Scheduling Dashboard should appear in the navigation sidebar on the left-hand side under the "Field Service" icon.
