As a support agent, your ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries is crucial. However, it is equally important to maintain a personalized tone that resonates with each individual. We understand the challenges of striking the right balance, and that's why we're excited to introduce our latest feature: Tone Enhancer. With Tone Enhancer, you can effortlessly update the tone of your messages to align with the context of the conversation, saving you time and elevating the quality of your responses.


Using Tone Enhancer:


1. Enable the feature from the Admin panel: On the Admin page, click on ‘Freddy’ (under the section titled ‘AI features’). On the Freddy admin panel, you’ll see a list of all Freddy features. click on the toggle button next to ‘Ticket Agent Assist’ under Copilot to enable it for your account.


2. Select the message in the reply editor: Begin by choosing the message you have composed in the reply editor. Highlight the text that you wish to enhance with a more personalized tone. This could be a single sentence, a paragraph, or the entire message itself.


3. Click on the 'Tone Enhancer' option: Once you have selected the desired text, locate and click on the 'Enhance Tone' option within the reply editor toolbar. This will open up a menu of tone options for you to choose from.


4. Choose a tone: In the Tone Enhancer menu, you will find three distinct tone options to enhance your message: Professional, Casual, and Friendly. Consider the nature of the conversation and select the most appropriate tone.


5. Automatically enhance the text: The selected text will be automatically enhanced with the desired tone. 


The tone enhancer feature now delivers output in the agent's profile language for more personalized communication. 



6. Review and refine: Take a moment to review the enhanced message and ensure it effectively conveys the intended meaning and tone. 


7. Accept and send the reply: Once you are satisfied with the enhanced message, accept it and proceed to send the reply to the intended customer. 



Note:

This feature is currently available as an add-on for Freddy Copilot. Interested customers on Pro and Enterprise plans can reach out to their account managers or navigate to their respective billings pages to purchase the add-on.
