Resolving Access Issues for Closing Test Journey Requests

Verifying and Assigning Required Roles

Navigate to the user management section of the platform and check whether the following roles are assigned to the user's profile: Journey Admin, Journey Request Owner, and Journey Request Supervisor. If any of these roles are missing, update the user's profile to include them, then test whether the user can access and close the Test Journey requests.


Confirming the Issue Is Resolved

Once the required roles have been assigned, instruct the user to log out and log back into the system. Have them attempt to access and close a Test Journey request. If they can successfully perform the action without errors, the issue is resolved.
