The Freshdesk Marketplace has a host of apps that work with Freshdesk to enable you to provide complete customer support. Apps are spread across categories and help solve key business problems. They are easy to discover and install and can be found in the Apps section in your helpdesk. 


The Apps section in your helpdesk only displays installed apps so it is easier to monitor and manage all the extensions you’ve enabled. Configuring any installed apps or uninstalling them entirely takes just one click now. If you wish to discover new apps and want to install them, you'll need to access the Freshdesk Marketplace. All you have to do is:


1. Login to your helpdesk

2. Go to Admin > Apps > Get More Apps 

 


3. Select the app you wish to install. If you can't find the app you want, you can filter by categories or search for it easily. 



4. Select the app you want to go to. Here you'll be able to view full details about the integration, how it works and how it looks integrated with your helpdesk.



5. Click on Install and enter the necessary credentials and the app will be installed in your helpdesk.


The Marketplace supports extensive descriptions so you’ll know how each of our apps will help you before installing. You can even take a glance at what the app will look like installed in your helpdesk. It has never been easier to discover the right extension to add to your helpdesk and power up your support.

 



Freshdesk has been integrated with over 50+ third-party solution providers and has countless custom-built plugs that help make support easier, more intelligent, and personal. However, installing, configuring and managing these integrations and plugs haven't been easy. 

 

So we got rid of the old integrations and plugs, and instead, welcome you to the brand new Marketplace. The Marketplace refreshes your entire helpdesk experience by making it easier to discover, install and manage apps connecting to other solutions. All it takes is just one click.


NOTE: All the solutions present earlier under Integrations in the Admin menu are still available as Apps. If you have already integrated your Freshdesk account with another solution like Xero, then that installation will be carried over.
