How to add Apps to my Freshdesk Account?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is currently not available on Freshdesk Mint.
This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
You could add apps from the Freshdesk Apps Gallery, in the App Marketplace, to your Freshdesk Account to improve workflow across applications, improve agent efficiency or add context to tickets within Freshdesk.
To install an app to your Freshdesk Account, please navigate to Admin ->Apps ->Get More Apps. You could search for the app and install the app on your Account.
Some apps would be available Free of Cost while for a few apps, you would be charged, based on the complexity of the app and feature availability.
