How can we choose between replying to a comment and replying to a post on Facebook?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is currently not available on Freshdesk Mint.
This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
You can either reply to the post or reply to a particular comment from Freshdesk.
To reply to the post, you would have to use the "Reply" button at the top or bottom of the ticket.
To reply to a particular comment, hover over the comment and click the reply icon to the right of the yellow space.
