If you signed up before Aug 9, 2021, please click Previous plans to view your applicable plans.

Please navigate to Admin > Workflows > SLA Policies > click on Edit next to a new SLA policy. 



Inside this page, you would find the option called 'Apply this to' that you could use to associate the policy to any of the products you have created. Kindly note that this option would not be available for the "Default SLA policy."
