How to disable/enable email notifications?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

You can enable/disable email notifications for a wide range of workflows within Freshdesk. Here's how you do it:
- Please navigate to the Admin --> Helpdesk productivity --> Email Notifications
- Once in, you can toggle On/OFF notifications for any of the workflows that are available in Freshdesk
