How to export tickets to a particular email address?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is currently not available on Freshdesk Mint.
This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
Agents can export tickets from under the 'Tickets' tab inside Freshdesk. The required filters can be applied and then the 'Export' button can be clicked to generate the export.
A link to the export file would be sent to the agent's email address which was used to trigger the export.
