Where can I find the customer fields in ticket page?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is currently not available on Freshdesk Mint.
This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
You will not be able to filter the tickets using the Customer fields. However, if you want to view the Contact details in the Ticket details page you can make use of the Requester widget available under Admin > Customer fields > Requester widget. This is a feature available from the Estate plan.
