We have recently refreshed our branding across our offerings and changed the names of our pricing plans. If you have signed up before Aug 9, 2021, please click Previous plans to view your applicable plans. We assure you that this change will not impact your product experience, and no action is required on your part.
Freshdesk helps you keep track of all the customers reaching out to your helpdesk, letting you create and save them as contacts under the Customers tab. You would also be able to group specific contacts and map them to a company.
When a ticket is created by a new requester, a contact is automatically created in your helpdesk. These contacts can be seen in the Contacts tab.Read more here.
