I do not see the Field Service Management option in the Admin tab. Why?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
The Field Service Management module is available on Blossom, Garden, Estate, and Forest plans in Freshdesk. If you are on either of these plans and still cannot see the option, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
