When you use your phone in the Chrome browser, you will be prompted to "Allow Microphone" during every call if you have not enabled a secure connection in your portal. To overcome this, you have to enable HTTPS in your portal. Here is how to do it:

  • Login to your support portal as an administrator.
  • Go to the Admin tab.
  • Under the Account section, click on the Security icon.
  • Use the toggle to enable a secure connection using SSL.
