You can enable/disable email notifications for a wide range of workflows within Freshdesk. Here's how you do it: 

  • Please navigate to the Admin --> Workflows --> Email Notifications 
  • Once in, you can toggle On/OFF notifications for any of the workflows that are available in Freshdesk
