Why are we getting a 'connection insecure' error when we try to access our support URL?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

You'll receive this error if your custom/vanity URL is not secure. To fix this, you can either purchase an SSL certificate from us for the custom URL or disable the 'Secure connection using SSL' option under Admin -> Security.
